Thermocouple Wiring Harness - TC315 / TC316
Aviation Component Services (ACS)* offers an FAA Part Manufacturer Approval (PMA) for the CFM56-7B-5A/B/C-3B/C-2A Engine Thermocouple Wiring Harnesses. The ACS harness is manufactured to the highest standards and tested above the required temperature rating to ensure greater durability when exposed to harsh environmental factors including varying temperatures, vibration, corrosion and hot gas path.
The ACS design, material, circuitry and manufacture of the Thermocouple harness are identical to the OEM with the exception of the hot-end material. A higher nickel alloy Inconel 625 material is used to provide identical mechanical properties as the OEM Nimonic 263 material. This higher alloy nickel material provides superior corrosion resistance at higher temperatures increasing service life.
