Aviation Component Services
Founded in 1990, Aviation Component Services (ACS) manufactures high quality spare parts across all sectors of the aviation industry. Our products include EGT harnesses, static seals, high temperature air tubes, acoustic attenuators, and other structural parts and engine components. ACS has the support of OEMs, airlines and MROs around the globe, with customers such as American Airlines, Rolls-Royce, Lufthansa Technik, Southwest Airlines, and numerous brokers and smaller operators.
We go above and beyond the CMM component maintenance manual requirements. For example, ACS performs JETCAL on our EGT harnesses so the operator knows the EGT reading is true to temperature.
ACS is a subsidiary of Herber Aircraft Service, an approved Repair Station experienced in harness repair. That means our customers can rest easy, knowing that support is available for the life of their parts.
